Process control and accounting systems

We put emphasis on continuous improvement of our employees’ qualification level through regular trainings at company offices and certified courses of our partners, such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, B&R and ABB. Trainings take place both in Russian offices as well as in headquarters of equipment manufacturers.

Production cycles of output require long-term full-function tuning of individual components and entire automation system on specialized stands, which allows to observe system’s performance (on any vendor) in details in the closest possible to real operating conditions and to shorten testing commissioning time. Universal test benches imitate operation of low-level equipment and operating actuators in normal and emergency modes.

Automated control systems

Automated process control system is a human-machine system that provides automated gathering and processing of all information necessary for optimizing administration of process equipment and implementation of control actions upon operating facilities in accordance with regulations.

Automated energy accounting systems

Accounting for energy resources is an integral element of automated process control systems. Its functional purpose is to carry out measurements, accumulate primary data, perform calculations, process and store results, collect information on the state of objects and measuring instruments, and exchange information with the integrated automatic accounting system.

Environmental monitoring

Collocation of data collected on the state of the environment with established criteria and norms of technogenic impact or background parameters is required for assessment compliance.
