Selection and evaluation of suppliers are carried out based on transparent procedures and include documentary audit of companies, as well as technical on-site examinations.

SCAD tech is selecting suppliers in the following areas:

• automation systems
• electrotechnical equipment
• construction and installation works
• instrumentation

We review applications from companies interested in cooperation with SCAD tech Group in terms of delivering products or services in these areas. Send information about your company to the e-mail address info@scad.su, attaching the filled in the application form.

If SCAD tech evaluates perspectives of working with your company as of great potential, in response to the completed application form you will receive an invitation to be audited by SCAD tech Group, which will include an examination of documents to be provided in accordance with the list, to be followed by a technical examination.

By request we are ready to sign a non-disclosure agreement, in order to prevent the misuse of the confidential information provided.

Based on the examinations results, the company is assigned a rating (integral evaluation), on the basis of which the supplier can be admitted to deliveries to the SCAD tech Group (included in the Register of suppliers of the SCAD tech Group for certain products and / or services).

In the future, the integral evaluation of the supplier will be taken into account when conducting the bidding procedure and can be adjusted based on the accumulated experience with the supplier in the implementation of supply contracts. The supplier’s integral assessment is reviewed annually based on a re-examination of the company.
